WebSphere MQ Client

1. Unpack WebSphere MQ client V7.0.1.3.7z (we use 7.0.1 version as for now from \\evrusarsd1084\d$\Downloads\WebSphere MQ client V7.0.1.3.7z)
2. Install. You should get it at C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\WebSphere MQ
3. set "MQ_HOME=C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\WebSphere MQ"
