How to compile FIX Antenna C++ samples with different Visual Studio toolset.

Samples in the FIX Antenna package use samples\v12.props file to determine a V12 library filename.

Compilation of the samples project could lead to  "LINK1104 cannot open file 'D-x64.lib'"  error.
